Culture Days Festival is back and better than ever!
Join us at the kickoff event at Carrville Community Centre on Sept. 20
Come one, come all! The City of Vaughan was once again selected to be a Festival Hub for the Ontario Culture Days Festival, with dozens of free community events taking place from Friday, Sept. 19 to Sunday, Oct. 12 – and we want you to help us ring it in!
Gather your family and friends, and join us in celebrating arts, culture and heritage at the Vaughan Culture Days kickoff event! It will take place at Carrville Community Centre (655 Thomas Cook Ave.) on Saturday, Sept. 20 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The official ceremony will be held at 11:30 a.m.
Enjoy a fun-filled day with plenty of entertainment, including music and cultural dance performances, arts and culture activities, and so much more. There is something for everyone to enjoy!
Plus, there are more than 60 vibrant and diverse activities and experiences taking place across various locations in Vaughan this year, including:
- All In – adaptive sports
- Friday, Sept. 19 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Maple Community Centre, Gymnasium, 10190 Keele St.
- Tree planting at Langstaff Park
- Saturday, Sept. 27 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

- Flavour Fusion
- Monday, Sept. 29 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Father E. Bulfon Community Centre, 8141 Martin Grove Rd.
- Dance with us! all-inclusive dance
- Thursday, Oct. 9 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
