Adult Entertainment Parlours - Owners, Operators and Entertainers
Types of licences
A licence is required to either provide service designed to appeal to erotic or sexual appetites or inclinations, or to own or operate an establishment where these activities take place. There are three types of adult entertainment applications:
- Adult Entertainment Parlour Attendant
- Adult Entertainment Parlour Operator
- Adult Entertainment Parlour
Note that applicants for the Adult Entertainment Parlour Attendant licence must apply themselves; an authorized agent is not permitted.
To apply for an Adult Entertainment Licence
Adult Entertainer Licence applications must be submitted in person to enable verification of the applicant's identity and supporting documentation, ensure required declarations are completed, and support compliance with municipal licensing and public safety requirements.

Notes About Zoning
- To apply for a new licence, a Zoning Clearance, issued within the last 365 days, is required to be submitted with the application form above.
