Huntington Road Intersection Improvements
The City of Vaughan is undertaking important intersection improvements on Huntington Road.
Project updates

Construction will be completed in phases starting in fall 2026.
Phase 1: Huntington Road and Algoma Drive intersection
Work will include streetlight improvements and the installation of new curbs and a signalized intersection. Construction is scheduled to commence fall 2026 and is anticipated to be completed by the end of the year.
Phase 2: Huntington Road and Nashville Road intersection
Work will include the addition of a left turn lane, new curbs, and traffic signal timing and streetlight improvements. Construction is scheduled to commence in July 2027 and is anticipated to be completed in September 2027.
