October 2026
- Infrastructure works at the Fenyrose Parkette have now been completed.
- Surface restoration works are currently underway and will continue as weather and site conditions permit.
Drainage improvements will include:
installation of a new double catch basin at the corner of Fenyrose Crescent and Golf Avenue.
improved asphalt grading at the corner of Fenyrose Crescent and Golf Avenue for better drainage to the new double catch basin.
a new underground storm sewer system.
