Block 27 Transit Hub Special Study
A potential future GO Transit Station is being studied in Block 27, the area bounded by Jane Street, Kirby Road, Teston Road and Keele Street.
About the study
Through the study, the City will determine a preferred location and approximate configuration of the potential future GO Station, and will review the land use boundaries, road alignments and natural heritage features in the area.
The City will also update the current Block 27 Secondary Plan – which will guide the future development in the area – to align with the recently updated Vaughan Official Plan 2025 and conditionally approved Block 27 Block Plan.
Study area
The Study Area for the Transit Hub Special Study is located within the north-eastern corner of Block 27, at the intersection of Keele Street and Kirby Road, as shown on the map below. The Study Area for the Secondary Plan Review and Update is the entire Block 27 area.
