The City of Vaughan joins the national celebration of Black History Month, a time to honour and recognize the extraordinary contributions and achievements of Black Canadians.
This year, the Black History Month Event celebration will feature dance, music performances, complimentary refreshments, Mayor and Members of Council remarks, and much more.
