2. What You'll Need to Register
You will need a unique client bar code number (Log-In ID) for each individual participant, and a Family Account PIN. If you don't already have one, please visit your nearest community centre with birth certificates and proof of residency.

b. Touch-Tone Telephone (TTR) - 905-653-6488 Effective May 1, 2017, TTR will no longer be available.

Canadian Tire Jumpstart® - Vaughan Chapter
Canadian Tire Jumpstart® is a community-based charitable program that helps kids aged 4-18 participate in organized sports and recreation such as hockey, dance, soccer and swimming, so they can develop important life skills, self esteem and confidence.
RecAssist is a fee assistance that subsidizes the cost of recreation and culture programs for low income individuals and families in Vaughan.

York Region Subsidy
York Region offers assistance to low income individuals/families. To find out if you are eligible, please visit www.york.ca (Family & Children's Services) or call 1-888-703-5437 option #6.
Effective January 2017, the Government of Canada has discontinued both of these tax credits:
Children's Art Tax Credit
The Government of Canada offers a non-refundable tax credit on eligible expenses paid by parents to register a child (under the age of 16) in a prescribed program of artistic, cultural, recreational or developmental activity. For children with disabilities, the age is amended to children under the age of 18.

The Government of Canada offers a non-refundable tax credit on eligible amounts paid by parents to register a child (under the age of 16) in an eligible program of physical activity. For children with disabilities, the age is amended to children under the age of 18.
