Vaughan Culture Days
Culture Day is a nationwide celebration of arts, culture and heritage, and the City of Vaughan invites you to be part of this vibrant three-week festival, exploring a diverse range of events and activities that highlight the creativity and spirit of our community.
Expression of Interest
The City of Vaughan invites artists, creators, community groups, profit and non-profit organizations, and schools to submit proposals to host free and hands-on public events during Culture Days in a variety of different disciplines, including, but not limited to visual art, dance, theatre, music, heritage, architecture, design, culinary arts, craft, and storytelling from September 19 to October 12, 2025.

Activities/Events must:
• Take place within the specified Ontario Culture Days dates - September 19 to October 12, 2025
• Be registered at www.culturedays.ca by Friday, July 18, 2025.
• In-person or virtual participation.
• Inclusion of arts, culture, or heritage aspects.
• Should be a hands-on, participatory, behind-the-scenes nature.
• Support low barriers to access arts and culture programming.
• Free for attendees or pay-what-you-may.
• Fair compensation for artists.
• Promotion of accessibility, inclusive, and diverse programming. -
