The Order of Vaughan is the highest honour the City of Vaughan may present. The award recognizes individuals who have made a significant and enduring contribution to the City of Vaughan through their endeavours in one of the following categories:

Sandra Colica - Ward 1 Civic Hero Award, 2005
Ms. Colica was recognized for volunteering her time and talents to a number of local events, organizations and committees, including Vaughan C.A.R.E.S, SantaFest, Maplefest, the Maple Village Ratepayers' Association and the Vaughan Soccer Club.
