It is officially summer, and the City of Vaughan’s Public Works crews are working hard to keep our public spaces clean, beautiful and ready for your enjoyment.
Here is an update on our seasonal maintenance operations:
Litter cleanup
Consent is being requested to sever a parcel of land for Employment purposes and to facilitate the Block 34 Cost Sharing Agreement under Draft Plan of Subdivision 19T-19V002.
The severed parcel of land has frontage along Jane Street and Shipwill Street and is approximately 31,238.11 square metres. The retained parcel of land also has frontage along Jane Street and Shipwill Street and is approximately 30,238.11 square metres. The severed and retained land are currently vacant.
Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit the location of basement access stairway into the interior side yard.
Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit the construction of a proposed addition located at the rear of the existing dwelling.
Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit the conversion of the existing building into a condominium tenure. No physical redevelopment or demolition on the subject property is being proposed and all existing conditions are to be maintained with the exception of painting of parking lines as indicted on the site plan submitted.
Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit a proposed detached garage and circular driveway.
Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit a proposed cabana located in the rear yard and a utility room located in the side yard (south). Relief is also being requested to permit reduced landscaping requirements in the rear yard.
Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit the use of a Clinic in Building C on the subject lands.
Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit a proposed deck to be located in the rear yard.
Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit a maximum of 1127 dwelling units including 7 live-work units and 9 podium townhouse units on the subject lands and to facilitate related Site Plan Application DA.22.072.
