Consent is being requested to sever a parcel of land for employment purposes to facilitate the future development of a three-storey office building on the severed land. The existing office and warehouse facility on the retained lands is to remain.  The severed parcel of land will have frontage on Huntington Road and is approximately 9,446.87 m2. The retained parcel of land will have frontage on Huntington Road and is approximately 80,098.2 m2.

Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit stair access to proposed side entrance (to support secondary suite) and to permit the existing shed located in the rear yard.
