Golfers tee up for the Spirit of Generosity
The 2023 Mayor Steven Del Duca Annual Charity Golf Classic was a sold-out event attended by more than 100 golfers who gathered today at Copper Creek Golf Club to support the Spirit of Generosity, an initiative that is inspiring positive change in Vaughan and beyond.
All funds raised during the tournament will be directed to the Spirit of Generosity, which continues its meaningful support of more than 200 not-for-profit and community organizations, including children and youth groups, healthcare initiatives, seniors’ organizations and special needs programs. Since 2011, the Spirit of Generosity has raised millions of dollars to enhance the lives of many in our community and throughout Ontario. With a mission to change lives, this initiative aims to give hope for a more promising tomorrow.
HBNG Holborn Group is the event sponsor of the 2023 Mayor Steven Del Duca Annual Charity Golf Classic. The annual tournament was a single shotgun format. On-course activities included hole-in-one, closest-to-the-pin and longest-drive competitions.
