QUOTE

“One of the largest South Asian communities in the world can be found in Canada, many of whom have chosen to call Vaughan home. On behalf of Members of Council, we look forward to welcoming this diverse community to City Hall on Monday, May 15, to celebrate South Asian Heritage Month. This occasion is a wonderful opportunity to honour and acknowledge the richness of the South Asian culture,  art and heritage as well as the many contributions this community makes to the social and economic fabric of Vaughan and beyond.”
