2011-2012 Budget Process - Public Meeting on Tuesday, March 8

​The City of Vaughan's Finance and Administration Committee is discussing items relating to the 2011/2012 budget at an evening meeting on Tuesday, March 8. The public is invited to attend.

For several years, the City has been in a very strong financial position and has been able to maintain one of the lowest property tax rates in the Greater Toronto Area. Its rigorous budgetary process has focused on containing costs and implementing best practices, with the goal of developing realistic and responsible financial plans.
