Relief from the by-law is being requested to permit the construction of a proposed two-storey dwelling, two (2) detached accessory structures (garages) located in the westerly side yard and a cabana located in the rear/easterly side yard. The existing dwelling is to be demolished.

Relief from the by-law is being requested to permit the construction of a proposed cabana and shed (pool equipment inside) to be located in the rear yard and to permit the existing in-ground pool.

To sever a parcel of land for commercial purposes approximately 6,455 square metres together with an easement for vehicular access (road) and servicing over the retained parcel (in favour of the severed land) and reserving an easement for utilities and servicing over the severed parcel (in favour of the retained land).
 

The retained parcel of land is approximately 71, 027 square metres (subject to the reserved easements above). 

The severed land is current vacant and has frontage onto Cityview Boulevard.

Consent is being requested to sever a parcel of land for residential/agricultural purposes, approximately 390 square metres, as a lot addition, to be merged on title with the abutting lands to the east (municipally known as 11900 Highway 27) to facilitate the instillation of a replacement septic tank system. The retained parcel of land is approximately 383,133.6 square metres and has frontage onto Highway 27. Both the severed and retained lands are vacant.
