Vaughan’s City Manager elected to Board of CAMA
Zoran Postic to represent Ontario on this national association
The City of Vaughan is proud to announce that City Manager Zoran Postic has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators (CAMA) as the Ontario representative, helping advance municipal leadership and innovation across Canada.
With more than three decades of experience in public service, municipal operations and the private sector, Mr. Postic has been an active and engaged CAMA member for more than 12 years, contributing to national conversations on the future of municipal administration. His election to the Board was confirmed today at CAMA’s Annual General Meeting in Whistler, B.C.
Mr. Postic joined the City of Vaughan in 2014 as Director of Transportation Services, Parks and Forestry Operations, where he oversaw key operations that keep Vaughan’s streets, boulevards, parks and open spaces safe, clean and beautiful. In 2019, he was promoted to Deputy City Manager, Public Works, leading a team of 480 professionals responsible for essential services including winter maintenance, water quality, road upkeep and park operations. He was appointed City Manager in October 2024. In this role, he continues to foster a positive workplace culture and drive improved performance, efficiency and responsiveness for Vaughan residents.
Mr. Postic has an extensive background in community service – including more than 23 years as a Big Brothers mentor and serving on the Boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of York Region and the Ontario Public Works Association, among others.

Mr. Postic has more than 30 years of experience across public service, municipal operations and the private sector. He joined the City of Vaughan in 2014 as Director of Transportation Services, Parks and Forestry Operations; was promoted in 2019 to Deputy City Manager, Public Works; and was appointed City Manager in October 2024.
