With 11 community centres that feature swimming pools, fitness centres, arenas, plus a community theatre, a studios & event space, and an award winning 9 hole golf course and ski hill, there is no shortage of options to stay active!

York Regional Police (YRP) Dodgeball Alliance
Delivered in partnership with York Regional Police (YRP).
Ready to duck, dip, dive and dodge? This isn’t recess dodgeball. This is next-level. Sharpen your throwing technique, master dodging tactics and build real teamwork skills that actually win games. Every week, you’ll jump into skill drills, squad challenges and friendly scrimmages led by officers from York Regional Police, who aren’t just running it, they’re playing, too — offering mentorship, encouragement and leadership development through sport. Week 9? That’s your championship moment. A full-scale finale tournament where you and your team put everything to the test. Family and friends can come watch you leave it all on the court in a spirited competition. Game face on. Let’s go!

Gift cards can be redeemed for any recreation program or service – including fitness centre memberships, registered or drop-in recreation programs (such as skating, sports, swim lessons, etc.), camps, facility bookings and more. Visit your local community centre to purchase a gift card in any denomination and receive a matching cardholder for your personalized message.
Recreation gift cards can be purchased and redeemed in-person at any Vaughan community centre, with the exception of Rosemount Community Centre. Gift cards can also be redeemed online or added to an existing Perfect Mind account as credit. Gift cards have no cash value, are non-refundable and do not expire.
