Calling all food vendors and booth participants! Engage with thousands of attendees at this highly anticipated event.
- Businesses and not-for-profit vendors will be scheduled indoors on Sunday only.
Food vendors will be on-site outdoors for both Saturday and Sunday.
Information for Participants (Booths, Food Vendors)
Participants - What do you need to provide before the deadline of Wednesday, January 21, 2026?
- Participant Agreement Form for Winterfest
- Payment
- $550 + HST for food vendors and businesses, $250 + HST for not-for-profit organizations
- Pay online with credit card OR by cheque (see details on the agreement form)
- A Certificate of Insurance naming the Corporation of the City of Vaughan as an additional insured - use the City's template
If you are unable to get a Certificate of Insurance, email cityevents@vaughan.ca to find out how to purchase event insurance
Food vendors also need to provide:
- The York Region Vendor Application Form sent directly to York Region Health Department and provide a copy to the Events Staff
- Form is found under "Vendors": Food Vendors - York Region Application
- Any applicable licences (restaurant licence, refreshment vehicle licence, etc.)
- Refreshment vehicles must provide a valid City of Vaughan Refreshment Vehicle Licence
- Refreshment vehicles that do not have a valid City of Vaughan Refreshment Vehicle Licence must apply for one through the City of Vaughan (additional fees apply)
