Multi-Residential Bulky Items

The City collects approved bulky items by appointment only. Property managers are responsible for booking bulky item pickup for all residents in multi-residential buildings.

The City of Vaughan collects approved bulky items from multi-residential buildings by appointment only. All bulky item pickup requests must be made online by the Property Manager or designate. The City will not accept pickup requests by phone from residents, tenants or owners.

 

Collection of bulky items is once every two weeks and will only apply to items scheduled for collection and approved by the City. There is no fee for this service.

 

Keep bulky items dry to reduce the weight for collection crews. The City reserves the right to refuse overweight and/or oversized items. Bulky items must be under 150 pounds (68 kilograms). Consider donating functional items to families in need and/or charitable organizations.
