Please consider the following criteria before making a submission to the City's event calendar.

Community Events

Public Events

Criteria include:

Event, public meeting, workshop, etc. hosted by City of Vaughan or supported by Council
Vaughan-based community event taking place within the City of Vaughan that is not-for-profit; charitable or officially affiliated with a charity (not held for marketing or advertising purposes)
An event hosted by York Region that impacts the City of Vaughan
Community Service Organizations (CSOs) identified and approved by Recreation Services
Please note that the event calendar is not a listing and requires a link to a website or an online notice
Separate requests must be made for recurring events
