Multi-Residential Waste Collection

COVID-19 Operations:

Currently all regular garbage and recycling collection services are proceeding as normal. Please ensure your waste containers are set-out for collection by 7:00 a.m. Whenever possible, we ask residents to hold bulky items to help us manage our current garbage collection volumes. Holiday Schedule Change:

Due to the Statutory Holiday on Friday, April 10, 2020, the garbage and recycling collections will be moved to Saturday April 11, 2020. Please ensure your materials are out by 7 am.

The City of Vaughan collects recycling and waste to all eligible multi-residential condominiums serviced by front-end collection (collection using shared bins at a single point in the building). The City does not provide municipal collection services to institutional, commercial or industrial developments or re-developments. These types of developments are required to seek private collection services.
