In year three (December 2020 to December 2021), the Ward Boundary Review, the adoption of online advance voting, and the establishment of an Audit were completed. In addition, the Strategic Asset Management Policy and Asset Management Plans for core assets were finalized. Work continues to refine Fiscal Framework policies to support financial sustainability. The establishment of the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Solution Recommendations Report was completed to bring in a centralized online electronic records management system. An RFP was issued in 2021 and is nearing the completion of negotiations with the successful proponent. Out of 11 key activities, five have been completed, five are in progress, and one is currently on hold.
