Dufferin Street and Centre Street Intersection Study
Page Content
The City has initiated the Dufferin Street and Centre Street Intersection Study for all 4 quadrants of the Dufferin Street and Centre Street intersection. The study area is approximately 17 hectares and includes the lands as shown on the study area map below.
On April 23, 2013 Vaughan Council directed that a Study be initiated for the subject lands. The study will consider the appropriate land uses, heights and densities and urban design objectives for the area for the purpose of preparing Official Plan policies to guide the future development or redevelopment of the area, for consideration by Council.
