Services offered online or over the phone until April 6
As part of the City of Vaughan’s ongoing efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19 in the community, additional precautionary measures are being implemented within the By-law and Compliance, Licensing and Permit Services department to promote social distancing.
The following services have been impacted:
Business licensing
A grace period of 90 days has been established for business licence renewals. Licensees may defer renewal of their existing business licence up to 90 days past the expiry date of their licence.
New businesses are still required to be licensed.
New licence applications
may be submitted by email to
bylaw@vaughan.ca
, along with scanned copies of required documentation. Payments can be made by cheque and mailed to Vaughan City Hall
at
2141 Major Mackenzie Dr., Vaughan, ON, L6A 1T1.
Other permits
Effective immediately until Monday, April 6, event, filming and lottery permits will no longer be issued.
Parking infractions and other administrative monetary penalties
If an administrative monetary penalty, such as a parking ticket, is received, it can be paid online at
PayVaughanTicket.com
.
To arrange an alternative method of payment or to schedule an appointment to dispute the ticket, call Access Vaughan at

Scheduled disputes
