Request a bin exchange, purchase garbage tags or order a FOB for the Bulk Water Program
In response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Vaughan continues to modify and transition many services and programs online to support citizens and businesses. The City’s online reporting tool – Service Vaughan – is a digital platform that enables individuals to easily submit a service request, report on non-emergency City services and track their submission 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The tool is available at
vaughan.ca/
ServiceVaughan
.
The most recent expansion of online offerings will allow citizens to purchase garbage tags online, submit requests for City of Vaughan blue box and green bin exchanges and for pre-paid home delivery by developers for new build homes.
For more information on the City’s garbage tags, blue boxes and green bins, visit
vaughan.ca/
waste
.
Businesses can also register online for the
Bulk Water Program
through Service Vaughan, add funds to their existing accounts and request new or replacement water FOBs for access to bulk water stations throughout Vaughan.
For more information and a full list of bulk water station locations, visit the City’s
website
.
By enhancing digital offerings, residents and businesses will benefit from process improvements, increased efficiency and timely access to services while protecting the health and well-being of citizens and staff.
In addition, the Service Vaughan platform supports requests on:
debris, vandalism and graffiti
parks, trees and grass
roads and sidewalks
signs and streetlights
Further benefits of the reporting tool include a tracking feature to check the status of the submitted inquiry online, the option to receive auto updates either via email or through the online tool, and the ability to provide feedback upon completion of the request. The City is also working to add additional services into the platform.
Broken glass and vandalized park equipment are examples of municipal emergencies or problems that require immediate attention. Call Access Vaughan at 905-832-2281 to report these types of incidents.
Non-Vaughan residents are also able to submit online requests if the inquiry is directly related to one of Vaughan’s City services.
