Venue Booking
If you are looking to book your event on a City property location, please fill out a Special Event in a City Park or Facility Application (pdf). Once submitted, Recreation Services staff will reach out to you to confirm details of your booking and provide you with a tentative contract.

If you are submitting a Special Event Permit Application (pdf), and following your submission of your request for the facility/venue and amenities, you will be contacted by staff and provided a "tentative" contract number which will be required for your Special Event Permit Application (pdf).
