Vendor Booths - Now Accepting Applications!
Calling all businesses, not-for-profits and food vendors! Apply today for the opportunity to participate in Vaughan Celebrates Concerts in the Park 2024. Anticipated attendance at these popular concert events is approximately 1,500 per event date. New this year! Sales are permitted at Concerts in the Park.
Apply using the Concerts in the Park 2024 Participant Agreement Form
Not-for-profit organizations: $250 + HST per concert
Business participants (for-profit organizations): $550 + HST per concert
Food vendors: $550 + HST per concert - Discounted for 2024 only to $400 + HST per concert
- Ice cream vendors and hot dogs/sausages vendors: we are sold out for Concerts in the Park 2024, email vaughancelebrates@vaughan.ca to be added to our waiting list

Participants - what is needed before the deadline of Wednesday, May 22, 2024?
- Participant Agreement Form: Concerts in the Park
- Payment
- $550 + HST for food vendors and businesses and $250 + HST for not-for-profit organizations (pricing is per event or concert date)
- This year only – discounted rate of $400 + HST for food vendors at Concerts in the Park
- Pay online with credit card OR by cheque (see details on agreement form)
- $550 + HST for food vendors and businesses and $250 + HST for not-for-profit organizations (pricing is per event or concert date)
- A Certificate of Insurance naming the Corporation of the City of Vaughan as an additional insured – use the City’s template
- If you are unable to get a Certificate of Insurance, email vaughancelebrates@vaughan.ca to find out how to purchase one-day event insurance.
- For Concerts in the Park launch concert at Transit Square, also include Penguin-Calloway (Vaughan) Inc., and SmartCentres Management Services Inc.
Food vendors also need to provide:
- The York Region Vendor Application Form will be sent directly to York Region Health Department and provided to Events Staff.
- Form is found under “Vendors”: https://www.york.ca/health/food-safety/special-events-farmers-markets-and-wild-game-dinners
- Any applicable licences (restaurant licence, refreshment vehicle licence, etc.).
