The City of Vaughan is undertaking important municipal infrastructure improvements across various communities.

These improvements are part of the City’s 2022 Pedestrian and Cycling Infrastructure Implementation Program and will expand and enhance the overall connectivity of the active transportation network within the city.  

Active transportation improvements may include:

  • new cycle tracks
  • streetlighting upgrades
  • sidewalk and curb enhancements
  • enhanced accessibility features
  • transit upgrades 
  • road resurfacing improvements and more
