The City of Vaughan values the feedback and opinions of its residents so it can improve what matters most to citizens.

Since 2007, the City of Vaughan has conducted citizen surveys to gather input from residents on quality of life, delivery of City services, value for tax dollars, community engagement and communications, among other things. This data contributes to measuring the impact of City services, service delivery improvement and future planning initiatives.
The most recent survey was conducted in 2022, and is typically conducted every two years by a third-party agency. View the results of the 2022 Citizen Survey.
