Plumbing & Heating

1.	Plumbing Data Form - Residential (Required for new, additions, alterations to plumbing for detached housing)
2.	Plumbing Data Form - (2 pages) - (Industrial/Commercial/Apartment Buildings/Institutional/High Rise Buildings (Required for new, additions, alteration to plumbing for Industrial, Commercial, Apartment, Institutional and High Rise Buildings)
3.	ASHRAE 90.1 - (15 pages) (Required for new, additions, alterations to mechanical systems as per the Building Code) (Please select and complete the appropriate form(s) for your project)
4.	Part 6 - Mechanical Ventilation Information (Systems designed and installed in conformance with CAN-SCA-F 326-M91)
5.	Part 9 - Mechanical Ventilation Information (Self-contained mechanical ventilation systems serving only one dwelling unit per OBC-2006)

5.	Letter of Credit (Sample Form)
6.	Standard Checklist for the Application and Approval of a Spray Booth using Flammable or Combustible Liquids
7.	Owner's Letter of Undertaking

Technical Requirements

1.	Requirements for a Dust Collector Installation per NFPA 68 and NFPA 91
2.	Ontario Regulation 326/01 and the Gasoline Handling Act
3.	Requirements for Auto Repair Garage per ASHRAE 62 and Div. B, Parts 6 and 7 2006 OBC.
4.	Requirements for a Commercial Kitchen NFPA 96 and OBC, as amended
5.	Installer's / Owner's Declaration for Electromagnetic Locking Devices
