Description of Services:

Access Vaughan is the contact centre for the City of Vaughan. Call us with your questions or concerns. Access Vaughan's Citizen Service Representatives (CSR's) will immediately assist you. This service is offered in 170 different languages over the phone or in person at the Information Counter located on the 1st floor of the Civic Centre at 2141 Major Mackenzie Drive.

Access Vaughan is also equipped with Textnet and UbiDuo communications devices to assist persons with hearing loss.

If more information or action is required we will put you in touch with the appropriate department for resolution to your inquiry.

Access Vaughan's Information Counter also provides the following services:

• Selling of garbage tags
• General Inquiries (face-to-face)
• Distribution of City materials such as the Recreation & Culture guides, Waste Collection Schedules and various pamphlets with helpful information

The hours of operation for the Information Counter are: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m Monday to Friday.
