The Information Desk provides general information and referral services to the community with respect to municipal government and services, community services, recreation, social and special events. In addition, a variety of brochures and pamphlets are available at the desk outlining various programs and services offered by the City of Vaughan and York Region. These include York Region Transit routes and schedules, garbage and recycling schedule, library guides, recreation guides, information on tourism and City of Vaughan road maps.

The Information Desk is located on the ground floor of the Civic Centre and is open Monday to Friday 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m.
